At this time, CWG - Me! In Music ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and not to international locations. Nor does CWG - Me! In Music ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If you would like to order from a location outside the United States, email info@customworldgifts.com with your desired shipping location for more information.

USPS - Express Mail, First Class Mail, and Priority Mail

UPS - Next Day Air Early A.M., Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, Second Day Air A.M., Second Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground

 

Return Policy:


All sales from Custom World Gifts - Me! In Music are final.  Because of the personalized nature of our products, no refunds will be issued. However, if the product you receive has a manufacturing defect or a mistake in the personalization has been made that is our falt, you may obtain a replacement. To obtain a replacement for a defective or incorrect CD/DVD:

1. Inform us of the return by:

          a) Send an email to info@customworldgifts.com and describe the nature of the problem  Please include your full name and the complete order number from your order, and the title of the product that is defective.

          b) Send us a letter with all of the information with your return. 

          c) Call us at 1-800-430-1591 with your order information.

2. Repack the defective product just as you received it and return it to us at:

* Please note that all requests for replacement of defective merchandise must be placed within 14 days of the original order. After 14 days, you will no longer be able to request a replacement. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly as soon as you receive it to ensure that your CD/DVD(s) work perfectly.  Once we get the defective CD/DVD we will ship out the replacement.
